Clare Lowe and Nuala Murphy will 'Strip' for money. First Comics Expo Ever.

Just a quick post to say thankyou to all the people who showed up to the Bristol International Comic and Small Press Expo today. I feel pretty shell-shocked :O. Now we've popped our expo cherries we're definitely coming back for more.Thanks to Keith for letting Clare have the day off work, Jake my housemate for sorting out my scans and Dom Pitt for the photocopying. Lovely creative types one and all. And thankyou for all the support from friends and family. Nearly wrote 'fiends'.

Also mad props to the Mercure hotel for the air-conditioning, which was so effective that I foolishly put on an extra layer before I left only to be embraced by Bristol's blazing sunshine.

My little brother is in this panel, but i don't make him be diseased, don't worry. If someone could come to my house and kick me up the arse that would be great! Work even gave me time off but I gotta get all of this collection done by Saturday in time to be printed. Sob! Weep!

I sold a painting of dogs and people at the BDS Salon Sale. It was to an artist I like. I am pleeeased. Now it is gone from my life also. I'll miss you dogs people painting.
